I'm sixty-five years old and will be celebrating 46 years of marriage in September. I used to cry a lot since menopause began in my early fifties because of the discomfort, pain, and dryness as I aged thinking there was something dreadfully wrong with me. But mainly because intimacy felt hopeless, and a thing of the past. I prayed fervently about an answer. Then a sister shared about Amata Life with both me and our youngest sister. This product was the only thing that took away my hot flashes almost entirely. I can finally sleep through the night. It has also been very helpful in reducing vaginal dryness and urinary tract symptoms

I take this morning and night, hot flashes have diminished almost completely. I now only wake up once at night but am able to go back to sleep quickly.

I love these natural products from nature. Energy is good. Aging brings dryness and both are very helpful.

It's a 4oz. jar of facial cream. I think the cream is worth the purchase. However, I do think the shipping is very steep. That's the only thing that would make me think twice about ordering it again. Maybe they can work on lowering the shipping. Thank you.
